Super Therm® is a ceramic-based, water-borne, insulating coating, designed to block heat load, moisture penetration and air infiltration over a surface and to reduce energy costs. Super Therm® is the most effective and longest lasting ceramic insulation coating on the market today. Super Therm® reflects over 95% of the three radiation sources from the sun – ultraviolet, visual light and infra red rays – with an R-19 equivalent rating. Rust Grip® is a liquid encapsulation coating that seals virtually any surface and protects it against corrosion, weather and physical wear. Rust Grip® is a three-coats-in-one system that acts as a primer, intermediate and topcoat with a single application. Rust Grip® is a metallic-based, moisture-cure polyurethane encapsulating coating designed to coat and seal air, moisture, and minerals out of surfaces. Rust Grip® stands up to acids, salts and caustic materials with no loss of strength. One coat of Rust Grip® abates bio-hazardous materials, such as asbestos and lead-based paints, with no white sand-blasting needed. HSC™ is a medium temperature coating that provides heat protection that surpasses conventional insulation. HSC™ is a ceramic-based, water-borne insulating coating designed for medium temperature (150˚ to 350˚F) situations. HPC™ is a high temperature coating that provides heat protection that surpasses conventional insulation. HPC™ is a ceramic based, water-borne insulating coating designed for high temperature (350˚ – 700˚F) situations. These insulation methods are much different than the traditional “wrap” insulation materials that only slow down the loss of heat (known as an R rating or “heat transfer”). The seven ceramic compounds used create a barrier to catch and hold heat on the surface of the unit – be it pipe, furnace surface, boiler, etc. Unlike wraps that use air as the insulation component, the ceramic compounds in HSC™ and HPC™ resist absorbing heat trying to come off the surface to escape. This traps and holds the heat onto the surface for more effective insulation performance. The iSTUCCO™ system combines the best properties of two outstanding products – SP Ceramic Stucco and the top coat of Super Therm®. Super Therm ® is designed with four separate ceramics – two of the ceramics are reflective, one is an infrared blocker and the fourth acts as a dead air space between the coated surface and the substrate. The result is an applied coating that is both reflective and insulating. The iSTUCCO™ System creates an unbeatable and affordable solution to stop heat and/or cold conduction through the coating film and a beautiful, long-lasting stucco finish. Enamo Grip is a tough, moisture-curing, two-component polyurethane enamel, that produces a exceptionally hard and durable coating film. Enamo Grip will demonstrate unsurpassed semi-gloss retention, color-retention, graffiti-resistance, and chalk resistance when utilized for exterior coating situations. Enamo Grip will also provide outstanding resistance to water and humidity, stains, chemicals and solvents, as well as exceptional mark, scuff and impact-resistance. And more! |
